Downstairs is a Game Room with Bar, Pool table, Ping Pong, Darts, Poker table & Tv by the bar. 1 bedroom w/ king bed and a second w/Queen bed. Work out equipment, treadmill and Bike. 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, grill on patio. A large inviting living room with fireplace and mountain view windows. The ultimate quiet, peaceful getaway!! Relax on the large patio with mountain views or night cap at private in-home bar. Mad Russian has a golf course and we offer clubs for your use. We have a mens, womens and kid set that can be used. This is a great getaway in Northern Colorado, close to Greeley, Loveland and Ft Collins. 50 minutes from Denver and the rocky mountains. Casinos in Blackhawk and Central City, 90 minutes. Estes Park is 1 hour, very beautiful and great restaurants and stores. Neighborhood is very nice and safe to take a walk around this beautiful area with no worries. I have lived here for 11 years and this house has been in our family since it was built in 2001. We absolutely love it here and we hope you do too! Close to Horsetooth, where you can go for boat ride , hiking, fishing or just hang out for the day. Grocery store 5 miles away. Cheyenne Wyoming, 60 minutes away.
